Cultural Evolut!on 2024

In partnership with Run Regina, we have activations for you to enjoy all three days during race weekend, completely free!

​

Friday, September 6th:

  • Local performers are playing at the front doors of the Conexus Arts Centre during race package pickup.

  • Free Movie playing Princess Bride in front of the Conexus Arts Centre starting at 8pm (same time the night owl 5km run is going).

 

Saturday, September 7th:

  • Local performers at race package pickup, and near the Broad Street bridge during the kid's runs all morning.

  • Cultural teachings and activities provided for free to families during the morning at the green space at the Conexus Arts Centre.

 

Sunday, September 8th:

  • Local performers playing all along the race route in five locations to give a positive boost to the runners and some extra excitement for spectators and volunteers.  See here for the schedule.

  • Cultural teachings and activities are provided for free during most of the day in the green space at the Conexus Arts Centre.

  • And a real treat, is the mural that you will see being worked on at the Albert Street Chiropractic Clinic where you will witness something special from Saskatchewan artist Andrew Robertson

We are so excited and looking forward to the beautiful work Andrew Robertson has planned for this wall.  Thank you to the Albert Street Chiropractic Clinic for using their building as our canvas.

You will see some prep work taking place on Saturday, Sept 7th, and then the mural will be actively worked on as the thousands of runners pass by at 2155 Albert Street on Sunday, Sept 8th.  Watch for the work, give a honk of support and stay tuned for the finished product after race weekend!

With over 200 movie nights hosted to date, we strive to create a climate of belonging and authentic engagement with our community.

Welcome to Summer Bash! We are excited to announce that our event services for 2024 are now available for booking. Our screen is one of the largest, standing at an impressive 22 feet high and 40 feet wide, ensuring an unforgettable viewing experience.

As seen on the graphic below, we have packaged our most popular services to include everything you need for a successful event, from providing top-of-the-line technology, sound equipment, to fun pre-show activities. We take care of all the details, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the show!

With 20 to 30 movie nights under our belt each year for the past seven years, we have experience in booking corporate events, client or employee appreciations, fundraisers, school celebrations, community gatherings, and more.

Summer Bash đã trở thành một trong những nhà tổ chức các lễ kỷ niệm cộng đồng lớn nhất của Regina. Không chỉ là một sự kiện kéo dài một ngày, các sự kiện Summer Bash thúc đẩy ý thức cộng đồng mạnh mẽ hơn khi chúng tôi tôn vinh sự đa dạng của mình và xây dựng kết nối với những người hàng xóm.

Được thành lập vào năm 2017 từ sự sáng suốt của Hiệp hội Cộng đồng Albert Park, Adam Hicks và Ian Leverston đã tạo ra tầm nhìn cho Summer Bash. Năm 2017 bắt đầu với một lễ hội duy nhất với 9.200 công dân, năm 2018 sáu sự kiện với 14.400 công dân và năm 2019 chứng kiến ​​bảy sự kiện với hơn 20.000 công dân.

Các bác sĩ cho biết:

Mặc dù sự kiện chính đã bị hủy vào năm 2020, nhưng chúng tôi đã bắt đầu lập kế hoạch cho năm 2021!

Chúng tôi khuyến khích bạn khám phá các sự kiện mà chúng tôi sẽ tổ chức vào năm 2020, các bộ phim Drive-In , Âm nhạc với Lễ hội dân gian và Chợ mùa hè (có giới hạn)!
